Gordon was Lead Electrical Engineer at RR-IPS Newcastle office until his redundancy at the end of 1999. He spent a couple of months with relatives in Canada, then joined Alstom. Left at the end of April 2001 to go back to Wick to help his father build a new house. Now working in Rio De Janeiro for Rolls-Royce. Got married in Brazil on 16th July 2005.
