Tom was Lead Electrical Draughtsman at RR-IPS. He left at the end of March 2000 after his 12 week trial period in Ansty. He started work with his new employer on 03/04/00 as a contractor, but was transferred to staff in November 2000. Survived one round of redundancies, but couldn't dodge a massive second one.
