Paul worked in the Commercial department at RR-IPS Newcastle office but relocated to Ansty. He then moved to the CITB, originally as the Midlands Area Manager but was promoted to Director of the CITB Construction Skills Managing Agency in July 2005, with 'responsibility for increasing apprenticeship completions and ensuring apprenticeships are fit for purpose for the industry'. Sadly died from a heart attack on 13-12-2005, whilst swimming. |
